What Wonder Spoon is
Wonder Spoon is a personal recipe manager: save recipes, organize them into boards and menus, plan groceries, and browse a community library of recipes gathered from public websites.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for your account and for what you save or share with it. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings or by contacting us.
Recipe content and attribution
Recipes in the community library are collected from publicly available websites. Ingredient lists and cooking methods are factual information. Wherever a recipe comes from another site, we show the author or site name and link to the original source. Wonder Spoon does not claim ownership of third-party recipes, photos, or text.
Removal requests
If you own or operate a website whose content appears in Wonder Spoon and you would like it removed, email dylandman287@gmail.com with the site or recipe links. We will remove the content promptly, no questions asked.
Your content
Recipes you create or notes you write are yours. Each recipe has a visibility setting: only you, your household, your friends, or everyone. Household sharing makes your boards, menus, and grocery list visible to members of your household.
When you make a recipe public, it appears in the community library and on your profile, and you give Wonder Spoon a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute it in the app. You can make it private again at any time, which removes it from the community library. If you delete your account, your public recipes stay in the community library without your name, unless you choose to remove them when you delete. Only make public what you have the right to share.
Wonder Spoon+
Wonder Spoon is free to use. Wonder Spoon+ is an optional subscription that adds features such as the sous-chef, unlimited AI imports, macros estimates and designing your own chef. Free accounts get a monthly number of AI imports (photo, social media and pasted-text imports); importing from a recipe website is always free.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Wonder Spoon+ can be shared with your Apple Family Sharing group.
- When Wonder Spoon+ ends, you keep your recipes and anything you imported. A chef, banner or kitchen you designed with Wonder Spoon+ stays as it is while you keep it on, but changing it needs Wonder Spoon+ again; your last design is saved for when you come back.
- Achievements unlock items for your chef. Items you earn stay yours.
We may change what Wonder Spoon+ includes or costs; a price change for an existing subscription follows Apple's rules and you will be told before it applies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to post unlawful, hateful, or harassing content, to impersonate others, to harvest data, or to disrupt the service. We may remove public content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Recipes, nutrition estimates, and dietary classifications are informational and may be incomplete or wrong — always verify ingredients yourself if you have an allergy or dietary restriction. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
